I aint no fitness guru and I don't want to sound like one…I hate VLCC and their ilk..dont ask me the reason but some how I find them yuck ...
What you are going to read below is a simple, practical technique to lose flab….I did it and lost around 21 kgs in 3 straight months….I need not mention that to achieve this you require "dedication" and "fire" from within.. Atleast I did not have to bother in this aspect (More on this some other day !! )
So ladies and gentlemen, for the first time ever…… Kansultant's technique to shed weight…..and hey thank me ..i aint charging u guys a penny…..ok, I went overboard, anywayz read on ........
1. Walk for 3 hours on Saturdays. Does it sound scary..Chill dudes and dudettes….Start with an hour's walk…after two weeks make it a two hour walk…and then make it a 3 hour's walk…Push yourself…You will be amazed to see the limits of ur body
2. Walk for 3 hours on Sundays…Same blah blah.
3. Every morning spend 15 minutes doing some or the other form of exercise…Make sure ur tummy size is given its due attention during this time .
4. Avoid Rice at all costs..apart from the regular oil, cold drink, sweets, icecream blah blah !!
That's it..Its as simple as that !!
I followed the above 5 points and lost almost 2 dozen kilos in a period of 3 months.. Thats a fact !!
So go ahead buddy…Get your motivation…and your reeboks..and hit the road……
Its really worth the effort…TRUST ME !!
P.S. : Motivating myself to lose remaining 7 kilos is proving to be one helluva task
